Kristen Geary uses drawing, installation, text and performance to explore relationships within systems of neocolonial exchange. Her most recent work addresses the journeys of tropical fruit imported to the United States: pineapple as reckoning, longing and language. In 2012 Kristen graduated with a BA in Art Education K-12 from Bethel University in St Paul, MN. In 2020 she   completed her MFA in the Art and Ecology program at the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque.
